Demand for housing in university residences
Requests for housing in university residences can only be made online, by submitting a Student Social File, between January 15 and April 30, 2011 to housing in 2011-2012 whatever your situation (French or foreign students on an individual basis).
The housing request is the second part of the Student Social File for grant applications. It is subject to the same conditions:
- Submission on the CROUS website of the academy where you are enrolled in 2010-2011 to apply for housing for 2011-2012
- Submission must be completed before April 30, without waiting for exam results
- A paper file to return completed to CROUS as soon as possible.
CAUTION
- If you are over 28 years old on 1 October 2011 you are not eligible for a residential accommodation. You can see offers for accommodation from individuals
- If you want to stay at the Vet’Agro Sup Marcy L’Etoile residence, this procedure is not the right one. For that, you need to contact the secretariat on 04.78.57.61.65.
MAIN TYPES OF HOUSING
- Single rooms 9m² to 10.5m², renovated or not, with kitchen, shower and shared bathroom

- Renovated rooms or “small studios” from 9m² to 12m² with shower and toilet built into the room (three function cabin) and equipped with a refrigerator and possibly a microwave

- Studios from 15m² to 18m² with shower, toilet and kitchenette integrated within the studio

NATIONALITY REQUIREMENTS
- If you are an international student (foreign national as an individual) and do not meet the nationality requirements listed below, consult the International Students section for more information.
- If you meet the following nationality requirements: o French student o refugee student, holder of the card issued by the Office for Refugees (OFPRA) o Students from the European Union, having held a permanent job in France or if a parent works or has worked in France o Foreign students residing in France for at least two years and whose related tax payer (parent or legal guardian) is located in France.
